The launch of a political biography ‘Ranil Wickremesinghe’ authored by Dinesh Weerakkody will take place at 6 p.m. on April 4 at the Jasmin Room, BMICH.
The keynote speech will be delivered by a member of the Indian Parliament (Lok Sabha) and former Diplomat, Shashi Tharoor.
