SriLankan Airlines was named as the Best Airline in South Asia at the 10th Annual Top Travel Awards, organised by China’s ‘Top Travel’ magazine, recognizing the Airline’s continuous efforts to expand travel between China and Sri Lanka.

China is now Sri Lanka’s second largest tourism market, behind India. Over 271,000 Chinese tourists visited Sri Lanka last year, a 26% year on year increase, according to statistics of the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority.
