175 unemployed housewives from low-income groups in the Kurunegala district were gifted with sewing machines by the Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction, Indika Bandaranayake. A sum of Rs. 5,000,000 was allocated for this program. Here the Deputy Minister with a beneficiary at a function held at Panduwasnuwara recently.
