The annual Kelani Duruthu Perahera began parading the streets along with Dorakada Asna Deva Perahera. The ‘Dorakada Asna’ speech was delivered by Yasin Wickremapala, a student of Colombo International School. Here Yasin with his parents Shanaka and Inoka Wickremapala and Kelani Rajamaha Viharadhipathi, Ven. Dr. Kollupitiye Mahinda Sangharakkhitha Nayaka Thera.
