The Western Breeze Festival organised by the Special Project Unity of the Western Province Tourism Board took place in Vystwyke Park, Colombo 15 on Friday (22) and Saturday (23).
The previous Western Breeze Fesival was held in Marine Drive, Welisara, Galle Face and the Dehiwala. Vstwyke Parks. The surrounding borough has a rich history going back to the Dutch colonial period and is home to a very diverse community. The two-day event received quite a turnout with attractions including food stalls, games, musical entertainment and raffle draws.
