Director General of Archaeology, Prof. Anura Manathunga said that after conservation work on the Neelagiri Dagaba is completed, the Neelagiri Relics which are displayed at the Dharma Rashmi Poson Zone, Pitipana, Homagama will be enshrined again.
The exposition of the Neelagiri Sacred Relics which commenced yesterday at the Poson Zone, Pitipana, Homagama will continue until June 5.
It is headed by Minister of Transport, Highways and Mass Media Dr. Bandula Gunawardena. Minister of Religious and Cultural Affairs, Vidura Wickramanayake provides all assistance. It is carried out under the supervision of the Director General of Archaeology Prof. Manatunga.
