The Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation (SLBC) yesterday named the Studio No. 2 after Professor Ediriweera Sarachchandra who made greater contribution to the development of Sri Lankan arts. Picture shows Transport, Highways and Mass Media Minister Dr. Bandula Gunawardena unveils a plaque to open the studio. SLBC Chairman Hudson Samarasinghe, Colombo University Vice - Chancellor Prof H.D. Karunaratne and Mrs. Lalitha Sarachchandra were present.
