We can see many birds in our country. Birds are very beautiful. They have many colours. Red, blue, yellow, black, brown and white. Birds have feathers and wings. And small legs. Birds like fruits. 
They live in flocks. Some birds are extraordinary because they can be trained to talk. Some birds can’t fly such as the ostrich. There are many birds such as the peacock, pigeon, crow, sparrow, and wood-pecker.
The feathers of birds are very colourful. Some children collect them as a hobby. I like all birds. We must protect the birds in our small island.
