I always used to think, how nice it would be if I were a bird, I would be a parrot. I will have green feathers and two beady eyes.
I will have a tiny orange beak.
I shall build my own cosy nest for me to sleep and eat my food there. I’ will build it in the large hole in the strong mango tree. In that tree there would be a bee hive, so in the evening I shall chat with them.
To build my nest, I will use twigs, cotton wool and similar material which I can find. I shall use little flowers to decorate it. I prefer eating fruits, especially the mangoes in the big, mango tree.
In the early morning, I will fly with my other parrot friends to the big farm where corn is cultivated and eat as much as I can.
The farmers are bad people and do not like to share any corn with us. So, they place snares, but luckily, I am a clever bird so I never get caught in those snares.
The best thing about being a parrot is that I can watch the beautiful sunsets from my nest. In winter, I will go to a warm and pleasant country and then stay there till summer. Being a parrot is enjoyable. I love to be a parrot.
