My father

1 September, 2019

Father is the person who provides money for the success of our future. There are various songs showcasing the value of fathers. But society at present ignores the value of fathers. We can see a lot of fathers spending their time in homes for the aged. Is this right? No, we must look after them till end of their lives. I promise that I won’t send my father to a home for the aged. My father is Kapila Wedagedara. He is 50 years old. He works at TFC, Anuradhapura. He comes home once a week, and showers his love on me. He likes to eat hoppers and drink milk. I will look after my father when he is old. I love my father very much.
