The Old Anandians’ 70-75 group has for the 13th consecutive year organized – ‘Nena Harasara 2018’ to recognize students who excelled at the G.C.E. A/L Examination held in 2018 and felicitate members of the tutorial staff.
The ceremony will be held at the Kularatne Hall – Ananda College, on July 3 at 7.30 am with the patronage of the Principal S. M Keerthirathne, the management committee, and the tutorial staff. The event will be graced by distinguished old Anandians who have excelled in their respective disciplines.
The Old Anandians attending the ceremony will be: Ravinatha Aryasingha - Secretary Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Prof. Ajith Dolage - Dean/Faculty of Engineering Technology – Open University of Sri Lanka, Prof. Ishan De Soyza - Faculty of Medicine - University of Colombo, Dr. Preethi Wijegoonewardene - Past President – Sri Lanka Medical Association, S D W Gunawardena - General Manager, Ceylon Electricity Board, Major General Nilantha Hettiarachchi - Sri Lanka Army and Kularatna Ariyawansa - Senior Lyricist.
