Courtesy

Courtesy means polite behaviour towards others. We should be decent in speech and behaviour. We do not need to work hard or put much effort to be courteous. We must respect others and their feelings. We can show our courtesy by using expressions such as ‘Excuse me, thank you, I’m sorry, please and you are welcome’. Courteous people help build a good society and their good manners influence others. Treat others as you want to be treated, then you will be courteous too.
