My country is Sri Lanka. It is an island in the Indian Ocean. It is also called the ‘Pearl of the Indian Ocean’. It is an agricultural country where most people are farmers. The staple food is rice. There are many communities such as Sinhalese, Tamils, Muslims and Burghers in Sri Lanka.
