Pollution is a major cause for climate change. Pollution occurs due to the use of fossil fuels found in crude oil, coal and natural gases. These fossil fuels are used in industries to produce energy which results in the emission of toxic gases that pollute the air, land and water. Air pollution is caused by smoke released by industries, vehicles and the burning of garbage. Water pollution is caused by the disposal of garbage and industrial waste into water resources. In order to minimize pollution we as humans must dispose of garbage in a proper manner and use vehicles that do not emit toxic smoke. If we save our environment from pollution we can lead a clean and healthy life.
