Sri Pada Annual Medical Camp – ‘Creating Future Leaders’

An annual Sri Pada medical camp was held at the PHI office at Gangulathenna Sri Pada recently. It was a four day camp organised by the St. John’s Ambulance Brigade and Association. The camp was supported by the Colombo National Accident Services Department. Six nurses from the Colombo Accident Unit and volunteer teachers and students participated. Altogether there were 50 participants at the camp. The mission of this camp was to aid the pilgrims to Sri Pada and provide them with emergency treatment when needed.
