Foundation stone laid for a four storeyed building

The foundation stone laying-ceremony for a four storeyed building was held at the Fathima Muslim Ladies’ College, Bandaranaike Mawatha, Colombo, recently. The Chief Minister of the Western Province Isura Devapriya was the chief guest. State Minister A.H.M. Fowzie, Mujeebur Rahuman MP, Western Provincial Councilors M.S.M. Fairoos, Nawzer Fowzie, Mohamed Akram, Arshad Nizamdeen, Mohamed Faiz, Zonal Director Education J.M. Silva, Principal of the College Shihana Aslam, teachers, students, parents and past pupils were present. Here, Primary Section students present an item.
