At a recent display of hand woven outfits, designer Dr. Premasiri Hewawasam proved that the vibrant colours we Sri Lankans love in our outfits is hand to beat. The handwoven outfits were a presentation on behalf of the Department of Textile Industry. Our photographer Shan Rambukwella capured the moments.
