The Theertha Performance Platform 2022 was held at Rio Complex from 2nd to the 4th of December.There was a workshop for students and young artists on the 2nd and the 3rd at Rio and Nelung Arts Centre.
A total of 26 local artists and nine international artists participated in this event. The international artists were from India, Germany, USA, China and Ukraine. This time the event included performance art, installation art and sound art.
The performing artistes were from Sri Lanka, India, United States, and Ukraine. This year’s participating artistes included: Chaya Kothalawala (Sri Lanka), Hector Canonge (US), Jeetin Rangha (India), Kanchana (Sri Lanka), Omali Radika (Sri Lanka), Priyanthi (Sri Lanka), and Svitlana Lysovska (Ukraine).
