A separate lane for cyclists was demarcated from the Kallady clock tower to Vincent Girls’ High School, Batticaloa recently. The United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF), Children’s Emergency Relief International (CERI) and Batticaloa Municipal Council have embarked on this project under the theme “Child-Friendly City”.
