The Talent Night at the Mrs Tourism Sri Lanka 2022 Pageant showcases an eccentric opportunity to present the combination of a woman’s unstoppable courage, infinite beauty and limitless potential to the world.
Mrs Tourism Sri Lanka 2022: Talent Night was held on 16th of July 2022, at Full Moon Garden Hotel, Katunayake, with the presence of its National Director Mrs Thilini de Silva and main sponsors of the pageant. Talent Night was one of the mini pageants.
Thirty beauty contestants selected out of seventy participants from the 1st and 2nd auditions, showcased their talents. Brimming with new ideas on Sri Lankan heritage and culture, the final thirty contestants of the pageant from every corner of Sri Lanka, thrived to present their talents which were both skilled and incredible.
Despite the prevailing situation of the country, the smart and gorgeous beauty contestants had not lost their stamina as they showcased their talent with utmost ability and grace that night.
Labour pain lasting 12-19 hours is considered to be the most difficult pain for a human being to bear. A very youthful and tender woman bears this pain with the sighs of immense motherly love. For the Mrs Tourism Sri Lanka 2022 Talent Night, the abilities and endurances of the women who presented their skills from ‘Angampora’ martial arts must have been second only to the pain of childbirth.
The Talent Night was lit up by the talent of thirty contestants with creative, cultural, Sri Lankan batik art presentation, dance features and singing. Moreover, they featured talent such as making Sri Lankan food and beverages and Ayurvedic beauty products. In a very short period of time, the skills practiced and presented at the optimal level showed the limitless ability of Sri Lankan women facing challenges.
“Five final winners will be selected out of the current thirty contestants in the pageant at the Finale Night to be held on 30th of July at the Nelum Pokuna Theatre, Colombo; namely, Mrs Tourism International Sri Lanka 2022, Mrs Tourism Globe Sri Lanka 2022, Mrs Tourism Earth Sri Lanka 2022, Mrs Tourism Universe Sri Lanka 2022 and Mrs Tourism World Sri Lanka 2022, Thilini said.
“Therefore, the purpose of the Talent Night Mini Pageant is to help contestants achieve more points throughout their representation at the Mrs Tourism International pageant to be held in Bangkok, Thailand in September 2022,” she said.
Mrs Tourism Sri Lanka 2022: Talent Night judge panel showcased a few of the leading personalities of Sri Lanka, particularly, Deemal Jayasooriya, Binura Lakpura, Chilie Thiwanka, Wageesha Bandara, Dr. Prasad, Akila Manuranga and the National Director herself, Mrs Thilini de Silva.
It is indisputable that the married beauties that have represented their country from each corner of Sri Lanka are responsible for taking the name of the country on to an international level while showcasing their immense talent, beauty and knowledge.
