Eastern Province (EP) Education Director Naguleswery Pullanayagam was honoured with the golden shawl for her service at her hometown in Thuraineelavanai recently. The ceremony was organised by the Thuraineelavanai Sithi Vinayagar school development society. Parliamentarian and Coordinating Chairman of Batticaloa Development Committee, Sivanesadurai Chandrakanthan was the chief guest.
