Seylan Bank emerged champions in the Cup category at the 10th Mercantile inter-firm badminton doubles team championship 2022 held at the Mercantile Badminton Association headquarters in Colombo 7. Seylan beat Dialog 3-2 and Sampath Bank 3-1 to qualify for the final. In the final Seylan beat Dialog 3-1. Here the Seylan Bank team comprising Manjula Perera, Rashanga Fernando, Thimeera Benthotage, Pameesha Dishanthi, Daminda de Silva, Madushika Dilrukshi, Lasindu Nimsara, Mahinda Jayaweera, Rivipriya Ratnatillake and Renu Chandrika de Silva celebrate with the trophy
