The UNP reorganising committee appointed by Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe is expected to hand over its report to the Working Committee this week.Former Minister John Amaratunga said the Committee is expected to recommend names for a new leader and other top posts of the party including the General Secretary. The Committee headed by party stalwart Karunasena Kodituwakku, comprises General Secretary Akila Viraj Kariyawasam, Party CEO Chamal Senarath and Former Minister Sagala Ratnayake.
The UNP National List MP slot is expected to be filled after the reorganisation, Amaratunga added.
