Undergraduate Scholarships for courses in Performing and Visual Arts

Applications are invited from Sri Lankan students for award of Undergraduate Scholarships for Performing Arts and Visual Arts (Classical Music, Classical Dance and Painting) in renowned Universities and institutions/Gurukuls of India. The scholarships are administered by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi.

Scholarship are for one year and can be extended to three years after reviewing results.

Applicants should:

  • Be between the age of 18 and 30 years
  • Have a minimum of three passes in GCE Advanced Level, including ‘B’ pass in the subject applied (Dance, Music or Art).
  • Have at least a simple pass in English language in GCE Ordinary Level and Advanced Level.

Filled-in applications to be submitted on December12 and 13, 2019, from 10 am to 4.30 pm. Candidates are requested to come in person along with original certificates/documents to submit the filled in forms.
