Travel Trade cricket titles for Blue Water and Amaya Lake

Blue Water from Wadduwa (men) and Amaya Lake from Dambulla (women) retained the Travel Trade Sports Club cricket Sixes titles at the Steel Corporation ground, Athurugiriya, last Sunday.

Blue Water beat SriLankan Airlines in the men’s final and Amaya Lake beat Cinnamon Grand Colombo in the women’s final.

Women’s Final: Cinnamon Grand: 71 for 4 in 5 overs (M. Udayashanthi 12, G. Gamagedera 1/12, G. Pushpakanthi 1/13, B. Sewwandi 1/20, D. Ekanayake 1/12) lost to Amaya Lake, Dambulla: 74 for 2 in 4 overs (G. Pushpakanthi 34 n.o. Alisha Grero 1/25, Rasika Edirisinghe 1/9)
