Wet conditions forced St. Anthony’s College Katugastota and St. Joseph Vaz College Wennappuwa to be declared joint champions of the ‘Singer Trophy’ Under-15 Division I inter-school cricket tournament as the final was washed out due to rain at Thurstan College ground.
