With a view to making Sri Lanka the best destination for tourists, restaurateurs in and around Colombo came together and formally launched the Colombo City Restaurant Collective at the Stables, Park Street Mews recently. The chief guest was the Minister of Tourism John Amaratunga. The ultimate aim of the collective is to raise the bar with regard to quality, service and creativity.
