Kingswood College powered their way to a comfortable 62 points (6 goals and 4 tries) to beat Maliyadeva College 12 points (4 penalties) in their inter school League rugby match played at the Nittawela ground yesterday. At half time Kingswood led 29-3.
The Kingswoodians lived up to expectations and dominated Maliyadeva through their forwards in almost every move. Kingswood now move into the second round of the Cup championship as Maliyadeva join Wesley College in the Plate segment from their group. (HM)
