And have a daughter of your own

You have a heart of precious gold
One that’s pure and true
You show your love and compassion
In everything you do
Your beautiful spirit always shines through
Like warm sunshine on a day of gloom
Pure joy you bring to those you love
A gift you are, from heaven above
If you could look into my heart
You’d see how much you mean to me
For wherever in the world you may go
In my heart, you’ll always be home
I have watched you grow, from a bright little star
Into the miracle – wonderful person you are
