The Ambassador and the Thai Embassy officials
December 5 is the birthday of King Bhumibol Adulyadej. Thailand keeps this date as the National Day in memory of the devotion that the late King had to the Thai national for 7 decades. The Thai Ambassador in Sri Lanka Chulamanee Chartsuwan entertained many political and social dignitaries on the occasion at the Shangri-La Hotel. The chief guest was the Secretary to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ravinatha Aryasinha.
