The second leg of the women’s Division II football tournament got underway at the Navy ground in Welisara where Army defeated Police 3-0 with N Madushani, Nalika Karunaratne and Kavindi Abeyratne scoring the goals.
In another match Navy and Air Force drew 1-1 with Kanchana Wiranga scoring a goal in the 38th minute for Air Force and Sewwandi Manawadu landing the equalized in 47th minute for Navy.
