The 25th, Day of Africa was celebrated in grand style at the Galle Face Hotel. The High Commissioner of South Africa Robina P. Marks invited a wide circle of Ministers, Dignitaries and society names to partake in the celebrations... Minister Sarath Amunugama was the chief guest.
