Kandy SC playing their second game of the Dialog ‘A’ Division Inter Club Rugby League Championship came up with a another brilliant performance to beat Police SC 43 points (7 tries, 4 conversions) to 11 points (1 try, 2 penalties ) at Police Park yesterday.
With this win Kandy obtained a bonus point to be on top of the points table.
At half time Kandy SC led 31-2
During the first session of play Kandy dominated scoring five tries while Police managed six points from two penalties. The second half too was dominated by Kandy and touched down twice to add more points . Kandy’s place kicker put over five conversions to add extra points. Police was able touch down once to add five points to their tally to make it 11 points. BP
