The Internal Affairs, Wayamba Development and Cultural Affairs Ministry will receive photographic creations for the State Photographic Festival 2017, a press communique said.
Duly filled applications with photographic creations may be sent or handed over to any Divisional Secretariat, District Secretariat or Cultural Affairs Department headquarters on or before April 28.
