A seminar will be held to mark the 120th birth anniversary of the first Archaeological Commissioner of Sri Lanka, Prof. Senarat Paranavitana tomorrow, December 26 at 3.30 p.m. at the auditorium of the Public Trustee Department, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 7. (Opposite Rupavahini Corporation).
The keynote address will be delivered by Emeritus Prof. K.N.O. Dharamadasa of the University of Peradeniya on ‘Services of Prof. Senarat Paranavitana and the Sigiri Graffiti’. Prof. Vini Vitharana will garland the portrait of Prof. Paranavitana.
Emeritus Prof. J.B. Disanayake will preside.
