A businessman who sexually abused a 19-year-old girl after developing a love affair through mobile phones, was arrested by Pannala Police in Kurunegala. He was released on a bail of 100,000 by Kuliyapitiya Acting Magistrate K. Hettige. The suspect had forced the girl into his car, taken to a lonely place and raped. Pannala Police prosecuted.
