The Sri Lanka Tamil Women’s Union (SLTWU) has organised a ‘Variety Sale’ of various products and services to mark Easter and the Sinhala and Tamil New Year on Saturday, March 4 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Women’s International Club, Guildford Crescent, Colombo 7.
The fund raising event will help the community in various ways. It is also an initiative to encourage entrepreneurs to showcase their creativity, products and services. The SLTWU is 114-years-old and home to ‘Kalalaya’ School of Dance and Music, founded in 1942.
