Ukraine imposed a lockdown which effects from Friday till 24 January.
Due to the new national wide lockdown in Ukraine all the schools, restaurants, entertainment centers and gymnasiums were closed. Ban on mass gatherings also, in effect till the end of the lockdown.
The government of Ukraine decided for lockdown in early December, when the number of new cases stood at around 12 000-14 000 per day.
