Hambantota District Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa travelled to Russia last week for the third time in four months, with aides claiming the last visit was an unofficial one.
On July 4, Namal Rajapaksa who has misappropriation and money laundering cases pending in several courts, applied for permission to travel to Russia to attend the World Youth Summit in Russia.
