The Rifai Thareeq Association of Sri Lanka (Inc.) organised a welcome ceremony to Deputy Minister Ali Zahir Moulana and Deputy Mayor of Colombo M.T.M Iqbal at the Marine Grand Banquet Hall, Colombo 6 recently.
