The Buddhist Society of the Ministry of Public Administration and Management which published four varieties of Vesak greeting cards, under the theme “International Vesak Day-2017”, was officially released under the patronage of Minister Ranjith Madduma Bandara at the Ministry auditorium recently. Here the Minister presents a set of cards to one of the sponsors, AGM of the People’s Bank, Sujani Mendis. At the event Secretaries to the Ministry of Public Administration and the Buddhasasana, J. Ratnasiri, Chandra Prema Gamage and President of the Ministry’s Buddhist Society, Shantha Weerasinghe are in the picture.
