Both, Santhush Gunatileka and Sanjula Abeywickrema are not so far behind the top candidate Lakshina Rodrigo. The gap between the first and second is 912 votes and the deficit between Gunatileka and Abeywickrema is only 292 votes.
In division two and three the top contestants Piyumal Sinhawansa ( St.Anne’s, Kurunegala) and Charitha Basnayake of (Bandarawela CC) remained unmoved.
