Inspired by the concept of the classic French brewery, the Brasserie is led by Head Chef Dinesh Perera who has inspired Abu Dhabi as the young chef of the year 2014. Tickling the taste buds of many, Dinesh brings with him, expertise from both St. Regis and Shangri-La in the Middle East. The Brasserie with a choice of menus fit for every business lunch. Salmon fillets, poached organic eggs with wild mushroom velouté or a well marinated tuna fish filet are regular entrees while your main course boasts the delicious Escalope de Poisson du JourPoêlée (Pan seared fish filet), Panache de Filets de Poissons du Marché, Poiron fondue (Sautéed fish filet on leek fondue) and the braised beef cannelloni to name a few, a hotel press release said.
