The 45th commemoration of late Philip Gunawardena, anti-imperialist freedom fighter and architect of Sri Lanka’s socialist movement will be held at the main auditorium of Sri Sambuddhathva Jayanthi Mandiraya, Colombo 7 on March 28 at 4.00 p.m.
The event will be chaired by offshore oil and gas industry engineer Upul Kulasinghe and the keynote address will be delivered by irrigation specialist and former permanent secretary A.D.S. Gunawardana.
