The Sri Lanka Institute of Directors (SLID) and Iclif Leadership and Governance Centre, Malaysia will hold an interactive discussion titled ‘To preserve or enhance’ at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel on Tuesday, March 21 from 5-7 p.m.
Featuring a keynote speech by Rajeev Peshawaria, and international speaker and author, who has been widely featured in international media platforms such as Bloomberg TV and radio, and Harvard Business Review.
Author of ‘Too Many Bosses, Too Few Leaders’ (Simon and Schuster, 2011), The Naked Autocrat (McGraw Hill Oct 2017) and a regular writer for Forbes, Peshawaria has extensive global experience in leadership development and coaching senior management teams in their efforts to streamline business strategy, organisational architecture and culture.
Peshawaria has been the Global Chief Learning Officer of Morgan Stanley and the Coca Cola Company, and in 2014, was named one of the Top 100 Global Thought Leaders for Trustworthy Business by ‘Trust Across America’.
He is currently CEO of Iclif Leadership and Governance Centre, a non-profit organisation created and funded by the Central Bank of Malaysia and based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; it is the only educational institute in Asia focussing solely on leadership and corporate governance.
