A felicitation ceremony was organised recently to commemorate the 90th birthday of former Principal of Sirimavo Bandaranaike Balika Vidyalaya, Colombo 7, Wimala Liyanage. Here, the present Principal of the school, Malini Herath presents a plaque to the nonagenarian. Past principals of the school and old girls of the first batch (1973) were also present.
