30 October, 2016

Over 1,500 passengers will sail on luxury liner – Genting Dream - from Colombo to Singapore which is on its maiden voyage in Asia. The cruise ship sailing into Colombo on Monday, October 31 from Mumbai will bring in 2,000 passengers who will disembark in Colombo. They complete their cruise and will fly back to their home countries.

“The 2,000-plus passengers will board the luxury cruise liner to sail to Colombo and Singapore. Dream Cruise did a lot of preparation work for handling the tour at the Colombo Port. Cruise travellers are on the rise and we need to upgrade the facilities to handle cruise ships in Colombo,” a spokesman of Sathsindhu Ltd, the local cruise organisers said.
