BOC Pallepola branch moves to own building

The Bank of Ceylon (BOC) Pallepola branch was opened at its new and more convenient premises at ‘PuraNeguma’ Building, Akuramboda Road, Pallepola by BOC Chairman Kanchana Ratwatte.

The bank’s General Manager K.E.D. Sumanasiri, Deputy General Manager (sales and Channel Management) Priyal Silva, Deputy General Manager (Retail Banking Range II) Nilantha Menerapitiay, Assistant General Manager (Marketing) Aruna Hettiarachchi, Assistant General Manager (Central Province) Sarath Wijesinghe, customers and other well-wishers of the area.

The new branch plans to enrich the socio-economic standards of customers with an array of financial services and products delivered via traditional and digital banking channels. It is connected with the rest of 646 BOC branch network thus enabling customers of the area to transact seamlessly with other BOC branches across the country.

Customers could obtain services such as Savings accounts, Fixed deposits, investment plans, development/ agricultural loans, housing and personal loans, educational loans leasing, mortgage facilities, Ran Surekum Naya Sewa and special loan services from the branch. The branch offers debt cards, credit cards, and enables foreign remittance transactions including money transfers.

Customers of Pallepola branch can obtain facilities such as SmartPay, Smart Online Banking, Mobile Banking (B App), Smart zone, Smart passbook SmartGen digital account.
