Vinuda Liyanage is a promising cricketer who represents St. Peter’s College with plenty of potential to go forward in his budding career.

He is considered a team man and has proved it on numerous occasions during the concluded senior inter-school season where he was able to rally his team-mates.

A modest and hardworking player, Liyanage is not afraid to speak about his upcoming challenges and will make no secret of what goes through his mind on the field or off the field.

He had the rare and amazing achievement of taking four wickets in four balls during a match against St. Benedict’s College and was adjudged the best bowler at the 84th Battle of the Saints encounter against arch rival St. Joseph’s College. He is currently enrolled playing first class cricket at the Burgher Recreation Club (BRC).
