The Art Club of OKI International School, Kiribathgoda will organise an Art and Sculpture exhibition themed ‘UBUNTU – The Voice without Word’ at the Lionel Wendt Art Gallery on July 2, 2019 from 11.00 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.
Deputy General Manager, Catholic Schools, Assistant Educational Director, Rev. Father Gemunu Dias and former Dean of the Faculty of Visual Arts of Performing and Visual Arts University, Prof. Ramyawardena Podinilame will be the chief guests.
Chairperson, Nirmalee Saparamadu and the Board of Directors, OKI International School network will grace the occasion as guests of honour.
Nearly 100 paintings and 50 sculptures by the students of the Art Club will be exhibited for sale. The funds received will be given for the education of the child victims of the Easter Sunday catastrophe.
